Trust, Connection, and Support

Denisa and FLOW – when the body moves with ease and things make sense
Denisa, the founder of the FLOW project, connects the stories of women moving in nature – whether on water, rock, or highline. And naturally, she touches on what we wear on our bodies.
Why are FLOW and Kefin two sides of the same coin for her?
When Denisa and her co-author Alena created the FLOW project, it was about more than just athletic performance. FLOW is a book and film about women from all over the world who find strength, courage, and softness in movement – on water, in the mountains, high in the sky on a highline. But above all, it’s a project about trust in one’s own body, about connection with nature and with other women, and about support in being oneself.
These three words – trust, connection, and support – are, according to Denisa, what connects FLOW and Kefin. When I first heard Denisa speak spontaneously about Kefin during her lectures, it brought me a joy that’s hard to describe. But it actually makes sense. Because when the body moves, when it breathes, when it grows – it needs support that doesn’t constrain, but carries, as Denisa describes in the interview.
Today, Denisa literally travels across the country with Kefin – with a mobile shop and a story that inspires. And I’m honored to be part of it, even if not always physically.
FLOW and Kefin are here for all women who want to go outside. Into nature, into themselves, into life. Who want to listen to their bodies, trust them, and give them space. Whether you climb, paddle, dance, breastfeed, stand firmly on the ground, or balance on a line – you don’t have to choose between comfort and beauty.
Whether we’re talking about a body in motion, a community of women, or what we wear – it always comes down to the same thing: feeling good in your own skin. Being in harmony with your body. And having people around you – and things on you – that don’t hold you back, but carry you.
