How to Choose the Right Size?

I offer four standard sizes, and selecting the right one is easy with the size guide available under each product. A tailor’s measuring tape will help you take accurate measurements. The fabric I use for all my products is highly adaptable, so don’t worry if you’re unsure about choosing a size.

Each back design has unique features, and it’s important to consider the fabric’s firmness and stretch, which can vary with each design. If you're unsure whether a particular style will fit, feel free to send me your measurements or a photo, and I’ll gladly assist you.

Can I Try on the Bras Before Purchasing?

Absolutely! You can visit me in Frýdek-Místek, where the Kefin workshop is located. I'm usually there from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 3 PM. It’s best to call or send a text in advance. You can also find my products at the Yoga Studio – Jóga pod věží in Frýdek-Místek. In 2025, I’ll also be exhibiting at the reception of the Pod Císařem campsite in Ostrov near Tisé.

Every year, I participate in the International Climbing Festival in Teplice nad Metují and occasionally attend other events like Mint Market. Follow my social media stories for updates on where to find me.

I also frequently visit outdoor locations, particularly rocky and mountainous areas, and I always have a selection of bras in various sizes in my car. So, it’s possible to meet me in person in those areas as well.

Do You Offer Bras for Nursing Women?

Yes and no. When I was pregnant and breastfeeding, I explored various options for nursing bras, including detachable straps and other solutions. In the end, my friends and I agreed that nothing extra was needed. Simply pulling the bra down or lifting it from under the band worked best for us – it’s quick and uncomplicated.

So, YES, Kefin bras are great for nursing, and no special design adjustments are necessary.

Plus, if you lose weight after finishing breastfeeding, I can resize your bra for you. Just contact me before sending it, and I’ll need a few photos from you.

I Have an Unusual Body Shape – Is a Kefin Bra Right for Me?

YES! Many of my customers have unique body shapes – wide chest and small bust, small frame with larger bust, or other "physical challenges."

Kefin bras are designed to fit EVERYBODY! I have extensive experience with bra design, and the fabric I use is incredibly adaptable. If you have specific concerns, consider opting for a custom-made bra.

My Neck Hurts When I Wear Sports Bras – Do You Have a Solution?

YES! I personally struggled with similar issues. Neck-strapped swimsuits were never an option for me, and I often couldn’t even wear crossed-back styles from regular stores. I believe that standard sports bra designs are not tailored for the average Czech woman, which is why they don’t always fit well.

I’ve tested all nine back styles, including the bikini top, extensively on myself and friends. Kefin bras truly fit well! If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to send me a message, and we’ll find the best solution together.

I Have Sensitive Skin and Can't Wear Synthetic Materials – Do You Have a Solution for Me?

YES! I have customers who face this issue. For the inner lining (the part that touches your skin), I use merino or bamboo knit. The back bands are simple flat elastics placed in bamboo knit tunnels, so no synthetic materials touch your skin, except for the Kefin logo, which covers the main seam to keep the bra looking neat.

How Often Do You Release New Collections?

I create approximately 30 new bras each month in my workshop. I update the e-shop regularly, but it’s not always possible to list every item I make. I also don’t always know where or when I’ll present them. Keep an eye on my social media stories for the latest updates.

I Bought a Bra, but It Doesn’t Fit – What Should I Do?

It happens! Every person is unique, and each bra has slight variations. Ideally, find someone who fits into your bra size. If that’s not possible, you can return the bra within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer, and I’ll refund the full amount to the account from which the payment was made.

You can also exchange the bra for another one, or I can create a custom-made bra for you, using available fabrics. Another option is to receive a gift voucher for the equivalent value, which is valid for six months.

Can You Repair Kefin Bras?

YES! I offer repairs for worn-out elastic bands in Kefin bras. You can find the details on my blog in the article "Bra Repairs." If you’d like to have your bra repaired, follow these steps:

1. Wash the bra thoroughly.

2. Include a label with your name, return shipping address, and phone number.
